In relation to this, science has discovered a way to lengthen the years of our life on earth. There are seven foods that according to study would serve as anti-aging super foods. Apart from doing some physical activities to stay fit, these foods exist to keep us stay longer in life. It is best that the parents should integrate kids fitness programs for the rising generations for them to be healthy.

Aside from your children health program, the following seven foods can help keep us young:

  • Chocolate

Chocolates contain cocoa that helps preserves the healthy functions of blood vessels. It maintains the youthful blood vessels lower risks of high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease and dementia.

  • Blueberries

Researchers study at Tufts University’s Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center has found that feeding rats with blueberries would keep them alive for 10 human years. For humans, it is more probable that a person will stay alive for some longer years. Compounds in blueberries and other berries mitigate inflammation and oxidative damage, which are associated with age-related deficits in memory and motor function.

  • Fish

Fish drives heart diseases ways due to the omega-3 fats which help in preventing cholesterol build-up in arteries and protect against abnormal heart rhythms. It is very affordable food and for some very easy to have so long as you know how to catch fish. It’s a healthy food and an excellent children health care can be served by the parents to their kids.

  • Nuts

Nuts are a main source of unsaturated fats, offering the same benefits that of olive oil. It is also rich in vitamins, minerals, and other phytochemicals, including antioxidants.

  • Wine

It helps the protection against heart disease, diabetes and age-related memory loss. More especially the red wine which contains resveratols, which actually slows down cellular aging.

  • Olive Oil

It is composed of polyphenols which is powerful antioxidants that help prevent age-related disease. It is responsible for the low rates of heart disease and cancer.

  • Yogurt

Yogurt is rich in calcium, responsible for the prevention of bones diseases. It also has good bacteria that helps regulate gut health and reduces the incidence of age-related intestinal illness.
