Have a Good Heart with Greens

It is very advisable to eat lots of fruit, leafy greens and other vegetables because by practicing so, anyone can lessen the potential of having possible heart problems.

A study conducted by INTERHEART found that people whose diets involve large consumption of fried foods, salty snacks, eggs and meat had 35 percent greater risk of having a heart attack. People who eat a a more healthy diet, which means foods high in leafy vegetables, other raw and cooked vegetables, and fruits, had 30 percent lower risk of heart attack.

The other diet called “Oriental Diet” which contains foods such as tofu and soy sauce was discovered to have a little effect on the danger of heart attack. Relative to this, parents should have some children health plan to ensure that they grow fit and healthy.

Study details that though oriental diets might have some protective properties such as vitamins and anti-oxidants, others such as soy sauce have high salt content, thus eliminating the benefits.

An expert proclaims that though heart disease is now striking people in developing countries. Eighty percent of heart disease today is in low-to middle-income countries.

The study was remarkable, since it serves as a warning for the people to be conscious in the food that should be taken for the body. It is also beneficial to the rising generation that they will have some input on this issue. Kids fitness program should be installed for their health’s sake.
