Megan fox thumbs

Posted by Data Locker - A Pot of Information on June 12, 2009

After the photo of Megan was being published online people are asking if this hot lady would still be hot in the eyes of men. Her thumbs are scary, it seems that it is not proportionate as compared to her hands. If you haven’t noticed it before, then you got to watch close to it. It is really different from anyone else’s thumbs.

Would you still hit it? New photos of Megan Fox show the Transformers actress might not be so perfect after all, because she has rather odd thumbs.

The promotional shot above shows that Fox has what some sites are describing as a “toe thumb.” The odd thing about the whole Megan Fox toe thumbs story though is that it hasn’t been noticed before, but then again maybe she hasn’t posed with her thumb that close to her face either.

Experts say that the short fat thumb thing is inherited, and no, she hasn’t had her big toe removed and surgically placed there.

Lakers vs Magic game 4

Posted by Data Locker - A Pot of Information on June 12, 2009

The NBA Finals heats up as the battle between the lakers and Orlando Magic moves forward to Game 4. Again, the Lakers showed what they got in the finals by beating their opponent to 99-91 win. This time it was Derreck fisher who saved the Lakers by making the 3 points shots in the last few seconds of the game.

The Lakers can now win its 15th NBA crown in Florida this Sunday night in Game 5.Kobe Bryant scored 32 points, Trevor Ariza and Pau Gasol had 16 points and Fisher 12 for the Lakers. Meanwhile Dwight Howard looked like he left superman home by scoring only 16 points.

It’s never too soon to decide who is going to win for the final. It might be impossible for Orlando to win the three games to get the crown, but who knows, it might be the other way around.

Lakers vs Magic

Posted by Data Locker - A Pot of Information on June 5, 2009

The long wait was over and this time Kobe Bryant and his teammates made it to the NBA finals again. He’s not about to let this one slip away. His team just beat Orlando Magic in game 1.

The Olympic gold medal was nice. But not good enough.

Lakers aim for the NBA final trophy.

“I just want it so bad, that’s all,” Bryant said. “I just want it really bad.”

Bryant, playing like a man possessed, scored 40 points and the Los Angeles Lakers, who have waited nearly one year for a chance to erase bitter memories of a Boston beatdown and a championship they felt belonged to them, pounded the Orlando Magic 100-75 in Game 1 on Thursday night.

This year, nothing short of a 15th title will do for the Lakers.

And with the sensational Bryant out front, they may be on their way.

Game 2 is Sunday night at star-studded Staples Center, where actors Jack Nicholson, Leonardo DiCaprio and rapper Kanye West had front-row seats to see another virtuoso performance by Bryant, who scored 18 points in the third quarter as the Lakers opened a 26-point lead and embarrassed the Magic.

The last time the Lakers were seen in the finals, they were heading toward their locker room in Boston last June and summer break after being drubbed by 39 points in a series-ending Game 6 by the Celtics. The renewed rivalry between the league’s superpowers never panned out.

Bryant and his teammates have used that humiliation to motivate them all season and throughout these playoffs.

They are on a mission.

The Magic, who went 2-0 against the Lakers in the regular season, appeared a touch overwhelmed in their first finals appearance since 1995. Not even the return of All-Star point guard Jameer Nelson(notes) from a four-month layoff following shoulder surgery could help the Eastern Conference champions.

Orlando center Dwight Howard(notes) was engulfed by two and three Lakers every time he touched the ball and scored 12 points—10 on free throws—on just 1-of-6 shooting.

And the Magic’s outside shooters, so deadly while eliminating MVP LeBron James(notes) and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the conference finals, were off the mark.

The Magic went just 8-of-23 on 3s and shot only 30 percent overall.

“We’ve never had a shooting night this bad,” Howard said. “We’ve just got to come out and play a lot harder than we did tonight.”

Orlando is facing some daunting odds, too.

Lakers coach Phil Jackson, seeking a record 10th title, is 43-0 in series in which his team wins Game 1.

Bryant, who added eight rebounds and eight assists, knows the Magic are still dangerous.

“This is a resilient team,” he said. “They’ve been through a lot of adverse situations before. This is nothing new to them. We’ve got to forget about this and move on.”

On the dry-erase board in Orlando’s locker room, coach Stan Van Gundy, in handwriting as neat as a schoolteacher’s, devoted two sections on how he wanted his team to defend Bryant.

Nothing worked.

The self-proclaimed “Black Mamba” slithered around Magic defenders with ease. Bryant scored an effortless 18 points in the first half and then took over in the third quarter, scoring 18 of L.A.’s 29 points with an assortment of jumpers, fadeaways and layups.

“He was great. He was tremendous,” said Van Gundy, who felt his team did a poor job defending the Lakers’ pick and roll. “We were giving him too much space on his pull-up jumpers and he did a good job of attacking us. I know this: We are a lot better than we showed.”

Gwyneth Paltrow

Posted by Data Locker - A Pot of Information on June 5, 2009

Actress and creator of Goop.com Gwyneth Paltrow, had a television appearance last night covered in well. Her legs are amazingly flawless as they are clearly shown by the camera.

It is far and few between to find people who can honestly say they have flawless skin.  Most people can prove to the truth that there is some sort of skin problem that they deal with at least a portion of the time.  Most commonly, we interact with people who mntion struggles with acne, wrinkles, skin redness and other breakouts or irritations.  There are also dry and sensitive skin issues which can be aggravated by using different products which you don’t realize until it is too late.

More and more products are being offered today to appeal to those with sensitive skin, more so now than ever before.  It would be impossible to try every product out on the shelves to test if they work as they advertise they do.  Before running out and purchasing several different lines of products, it is more practical to do a little research so that you are armed with some knowledge when shopping for the right product.  Knowing what ingredients to look for can eliminate a lot of products from your shopping list and save you some trouble.

Sometimes you might notice you have itchy skin or have a slight reaction after you wash your clothes with a new detergent.  Look for laundry detergents that are dye-free, scent-free and hypoallergenic.

Some face and body soaps are made with natural ingredients that are meant to be more mild on the skin.  Some are made with olive oil and avoid all fragrances and preservatives which make them mild enough for babies or people who have skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and just delicate skin.

Irritants in different beauty products and makeup can aggravate skin, but sometimes this is not cut and dry.  It depends on the individual sometimes as to what is the cause.  Typically foaming cleansers should be avoided, though, because one of the ingredients contained in these types of cleansers is surfactants which will usually further irritate skin dryness.  It is good measure to look for products that have less than 10 ingredients in them.

Airfrance Plane Crash

Posted by Data Locker - A Pot of Information on June 2, 2009

An Air France plane that carried 228 people on board was believed to have gone down into the Atlantic Ocean on Monday after crashing some heavy turbulence on a flight from Rio de Janeiro to Paris.

Air France said the Airbus flew into stormy weather four hours after its scheduled take-off from the Brazilian city and shortly afterwards sent an automatic message reporting electrical faults. Company spokesman Francois Brousse said several of the plane’s mechanisms had malfunctioned, preventing it from making contact with air traffic controllers.

“It is probably a combination of circumstances that could have led to the crash,” he said. The airliner might have been hit by lightning, he said. The Brazilian air force said the plane was far out over the sea when it went missing. Military planes took off from both Brazil and Africa to hunt for it.

Flight AF 447 left Rio de Janeiro on Sunday at 7 p.m. (2200 GMT) and had been expected to land at Paris’s Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport on Monday at 11:15 a.m. (0915 GMT). The carrier said 216 passengers were on board, including seven children and one baby, and 12 crew members.

Air France said the pilots were highly experienced. Tearful relatives and friends were led away by airport staff after they arrived at Roissy expecting to greet the passengers. About 20 relatives of passengers on board the flight arrived at Rio’s Galeao airport on Monday morning seeking information after hearing news of its disappearance.
